Summer is flying by, we hope everyone has had a great summer so far!
This summer we have had 4 weeks of summer camp, which was SO much fun! A photo recap below.

Summer camp was SO much fun! We did so many activities, learned a bunch and had lots of laughs! If you didn't get a chance to join us this summer, make sure to join us next summer!

School is starting soon and we are excited to hear how everyone's summer went! We have been working on curriculum and are excited to show our classes some new techniques!


Closure Dates

We have started a morning membership!
This also includes an 8 week fitness challenge.
Those 8 weeks start when YOU start!
Monday’s: Fitness 5:30-6:30 AM
Tuesday’s: Kickboxing 5:30-6:30 AM
Wednesday’s: Jiu jitsu 5:30-6:30 AM
Thursday’s: Mobility 5:30-6:30 AM
Friday’s: Fitness 5:30-6:30 AM

Grit is upgrading our kickboxing belts to T-shirts!
Instead of wearing belts during kickboxing, we are going to be wearing Grit T-Shirts. These shirts will be their uniform and promotion stripes will be shown on the sleeve of the shirt.

Uniforms (belts & t shirts) will be a $10 charge at the time of promotion.
