GRIT SUMMER CAMP

We are excited to offer an action-packed program that will challenge and inspire kids and teens to reach their full potential.


Our program is designed to provide a fun and safe environment where participants can learn and grow through jiu jitsu, kickboxing, strength training, and obstacle courses.


These classes are taught by experienced instructors who are dedicated to helping kids and teens develop self-discipline, focus, and confidence. Participants will learn valuable self-defense techniques while also improving their physical fitness and overall health.


In addition to martial arts, our summer camp also emphasizes the importance of strength training. We believe that building strength is essential for kids and teens, not just for physical fitness, but also for mental well-being. Our strength training program is designed to be age-appropriate and focuses on functional movements that will benefit participants in all areas of their lives.


Obstacle courses are another exciting aspect of our summer camp. Our courses are designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally. They will learn problem-solving skills and develop their ability to work as a team.


We understand the importance of safety, and our instructors are certified and trained in first aid and CPR. We also maintain a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure that each participant receives personalized attention and instruction.
